Self-Help CU and Self-Help Federal CU are two different credit unions each with its own membership, branch network, member service resources, website, online and mobile banking platforms. If you want to get accurate information about your credit union, find a branch, or use online and mobile banking, you'll need to know which of the two you belong to.
If your Self-Help CU credit, debit or ATM card has been lost or stolen, use one of the following numbers to get help:

800.966.7353 (8:30am-5pm, M-Th and 8:30am-6pm, F) to reach the Self-Help CU member service center. 

888.241.2510 after hours and on weekends to reach Card Member Security. 

909.941.1398 from a non-mobile phone line when you're outside of the U.S. (this will be a collect call).

You must have a Self-Help CU checking account and enroll in Bill Pay through Self-Help CU online banking. To enroll, simply log in to your account at www.self-help.org, select "Bill Pay" under Online Services and follow the instructions.

You would need to obtain wiring instructions from the beneficiaries financial institution, the beneficiaries name, address and account number. At a minimum, this would require receiving financial institutions routing and transit number and city and state.
