When I try to log in, I get an "Invalid Login/Password" message
Confirm that you are:
- A member of Self-Help CU (not Self-Help FCU). Not sure? Look at one of your account statements or call Self-Help CU at 800.966.7353.
- Currently enrolled in Self-Help CU online banking. If you are not, then contact Self-Help CU member service at 800.966.7353, or consult the contents of your new member welcome packet for self-enrollment instructions.
I've been locked out after too many attempts. What do I do?
Call Self-Help CU at 1.800.966.7353 to have the block removed.

Resetting your password
Steps:
- Fill out the online Forgot Password Form.
- You can expect to receive a password reset e-mail at the email address that we have on file for your Self-Help CU account.This email will arrive within 5-10 minutes of submitting the form.
