Self-Help Climate Capital

These requests for proposal (RFP) are to contract with Self-Help Climate Capital, LLC.  Self-Help is a coalition partner of Climate United Fund (“Climate United”), a 501(c)(3) awardee under the Environmental Protection Agency’s National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant competition of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The NCIF is part of the Inflation Reduction Act focused on ensuring the clean energy transition brings direct, tangible benefits to all Americans, with a focus on low-income and disadvantaged communities.

      Beacon Point

      Beacon Point, located on Rock Quarry Road right off I-40, is the last parcel developed at the Beacon Site, a 32-acre Purpose Built Community in Southeast Raleigh. The Beacon Site is a collaborative vision of the YMCA of the Triangle, Southeast Raleigh Promise, and the Southeast Raleigh community. This intentional development brings together affordable housing, education, wellness, and recreation in addition to commercial uses. This development is the first of its kind in the area and enhances the quality of life for all residents of Southeast Raleigh. Self-Help is the developer of Beacon Point, a 43,000 square foot commercial development across two buildings. Self-Help is seeking bids for office space build-out of the suites for Legal Aid at Beacon Point.
