Use Online Banking or Mobile Banking

You can pay your bills fast and paper-free via our online banking site or mobile banking app. Either way, Bill Pay will save you time and money. Please note that our Bill Pay service requires an eligible Self-Help Credit Union checking account.

There is no charge for our Bill Pay service for the first 20 transactions in a month. After 20, a fee will be charged for each additional transaction. Consult our Fee Schedule for details.

Bill Pay via Online Banking

  • Log in to the Self-Help Credit Union online banking site from the homepage of our website.
  • Click on the Online Services tab, then select the Bill Pay option.
Member Login portal can be found on the top right corner of our website.

The member login box for online banking is at the upper right corner of pages throughout our website.

Bill Pay can be access from the online banking website under "online services."

Within the online banking website, Bill Pay is an option under the "Online Services" tab.

New enrollees:

  • Complete the online enrollment form and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Expect an email notification approving or denying your enrollment within 3 business days.
  • To remain active, use Bill Pay within 30 days of approval.

 

Bill Pay via Mobile Banking

  • Open the Self-Help Credit Union app.
  • Tap on the Bill Pay function.
  • Enter your password credentials.
  • Follow the prompts to perform your transaction(s).

New enrollees:

  • You must enroll in Bill Pay through the Self-Help Credit Union online banking site. Once there, click on the Online Services tab and select the Bill Pay option.
  • Complete the online enrollment form and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Expect an email notification approving or denying your enrollment within 3 business days.
  • To remain active, use Bill Pay within 30 days of approval.
