Welcome Turbine CU Members!

The information on this page is designed to help Turbine CU members make the transition to Self-Help CU’s products and services beginning on Monday, May 3, 2021. You may access any other page of the Self-Help CU website from this page. Please note that from now on, any attempt to access the Turbine CU website will redirect to this page.

Anytime on or after Monday, May 3, 2021, Turbine CU members will be able to:

  • Log into online banking using your new username and password
  • Enroll in e-statements
  • Sign up for Bill Pay
  • Use mobile banking and audio banking
  • Transact business on Turbine CU accounts at Self-Help CU branches

To log into Self-Help CU’s online banking site, click on the LOGIN button at the top of this page to access the username and password login portal anytime on or after Monday, May 3. Use your new username and password to gain access.

For your specific login information, please refer to the mid-April information that was mailed to you or contact Turbine CU or Self-Help CU (anytime on or after Monday, May 3) for guidance. Please contact your branch if you have not received that important mailing.

Self-Help CU’s online banking site gives you access to account information, e-statements, Bill Pay, an online loan application resource and much more. There’s even a Member Alert feature that allows you to arrange to receive email notifications to track a wide range of account activities.

Turbine CU Credit Card Services

The credit card information on the Self-Help CU website DOES NOT APPLY to Turbine CU credit cards.

Lost or stolen Turbine CU Visa credit card? Call (727) 570-4881.

Turbine CU Visa credit card customer service contacts:

  • Call (800) 322-8472 for customer service.
  • Mail billing inquiries and correspondence to: Customer Service - P.O. Box 30495 - Tampa, FL 33630.
  • Mail payments to: VISA - P.O. Box 4521 - Carol Stream, IL 60197-4521.

How to Navigate the Self-Help CU website

Click on the LOGIN button to access the username and password login portal. Use your new username and password to gain access. Refer to the mid-April information that was mailed to you or contact Turbine CU or Self-Help CU (anytime on or after Monday, May 3) for guidance. Self-Help CU’s online banking site gives you access to account information, e-statements, Bill Pay, an online loan application resource and more. Click on Personal to view a menu of information about personal accounts, loans, services and membership eligibility. Click on the Business text-tab to view information about Self-Help CU’s business-related accounts, services, loans and Self-Help CU’s real estate options. The What We Do and Who We Are text-tabs take you to pages of information about the mission and work of Self-Help.
 
Rates page
View Self-Help CU’s current rates on checking accounts, savings accounts and loans. The bottom of the rates page is where you will find links to Self-Help CU’s schedule of fees, account disclosures and othr disclosure documentation.
