Credit Card Account - Online Access

Step 1

Use the Self-Help CU online banking site to access your Palmetto Trust credit card account online.

  • Gain access to Self-Help CU’s online banking site via the link above, or via the Member Login portal on the home page of the Self-Help CU website. Use your new online banking username and password to access the site (Read the system conversion mailings for details regarding your new online banking username and password or contact your local Palmetto Trust branch for assistance).

Step 2

Once you log in to the Self-Help CU online banking site, click on your Palmetto Trust credit card account to access the Palmetto Trust credit card account online platform.

  • Site Registration
    Once you click on the link, you will be guided through the process of renewing (or creating for the first time) your online Palmetto Trust credit card account registration.
    • The first time you access the credit card platform you will be required to set up a user ID and password.
    • You must use your newly created user ID and password each time you want to access your Palmetto Trust credit card account on the online platform.
