Access to the Community Works FCU website has been redirected to the Self-Help Credit Union website due to the recently completed system conversion. This website is your new primary resource for Self-Help CU products and services.

Below are some tips on where to find some of the most often used sections of the Self-Help CU website.

ONLINE BANKING

To access your account(s) online, simply log into online banking using your new username and password. Use the Member Login box (found in the upper right corner of most pages of the Self-Help CU website) to log in. Contact your local branch representative if you need assistance with username and password credentials. Also available for assistance is the Self-Help CU call center at 1-800-966-7353.

  • eStatements. Use online banking to enroll to receive eStatements and to access your eStatements once you’ve enrolled.
  • Member Alerts. Use this email notification feature track a wide range of credit union account activities.
  • Bill Pay. Access the online Bill Pay service through online banking.

  • Loan Applications. It is possible to initiate a loan application using the online loan application function of this online banking site.

  • Personal/Individual. Click on Personal to see information about Personal loans, deposit accounts and other products and services for individuals.
  • About Self-Help. The What We Do and Who We Are sections are where you can go to learn more about the mission and work of Self-Help.

ATMs

Use the ATM finder function to locate surcharge-free ATMs of the CO-OP network, nationwide, and ATMs located at Self-Help CU branches.

RATES & DISCLOSURES

View the rates page for Self-Help CU's current deposit account and loan rates. The rates page also provides links to the Self-Help CU fee schedule and the account agreement and disclosures which includes:

  • Membership and Account Agreement
  • Truth-in-Savings Disclosure
  • Funds Availability Policy Disclosure
  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement
