Payment Options

Online Payment Portal

Click here (or the Loan Payment button above) to access the Online Payment Portal.

This service allows you to make an online payment using funds you have on deposit at another financial institution. Payment is made by e-check or debit card linked to those funds. To access the Portal, use Self-Help CU’s website or mobile banking app.

  • On the website, select the MAKE A PAYMENT option in the MEMBER LOGIN section of the home page.
  • On the mobile app, select the MAKE A LOAN PAYMENT option from the SERVICES tab.

First-time users of the Portal will need to perform an initial set-up by providing account information or debit card information.

Self-Help CU Contact Center

Call (800) 966-7353 to make a one-time payment by debit card or electronic draft from an account at another financial institution. Contact Center hours are 7AM - 6PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, and 9AM - 5PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday

Debit card and e-check payments made through the Online Payment Portal or the Contact Center after 4PM (ET) Monday through Friday (and on weekends or holidays) will be applied on the following business day. Payments submitted by 4PM (ET) on credit union business days will be applied on that business day

Fee Waiver

For a limited time, Self-Help CU is suspending convenience fee charges on loan payments made by phone or online through the Online Payment Portal. Loan payments currently scheduled in advance, using the Portal, must be discontinued in order to take advantage of the convenience fee waiver.
